Any 3 story building that has no fire escapes must have one or more of these 20 foot chain fire ladder to escape home or business in case of fire or other emergency that requires prompt evacuation. Fires, earthquakes or other emergency situations could occur leaving occupants on upper floors stranded. Have an emergency escape plan, and that plan should include this 3 story length of escape ladder. Sturdy enough to support over 400 lbs. per rung.
